Virtual Gage ™ can be used with a multitude of inspection devices that have dynamic ability such as CMM's, Laser Trackers, Articulating Arms, etc.

Virtual Gage ™  provides the ability to instantly measure a work piece of any shape in real time providing +/- tolerance results for true in-process inspection.

Virtual Gage ™ will assist an operator to place an assembly detail  into its proper location and tolerance using the actual CAD model in real time.
